We are notaries authorised to practice in England and Wales. Based in Victoria, London, we help clients throughout the United Kingdom and abroad. We’ve been doing this since 1983 and our service is led by years of experience.
Whether you’re a company or personal client, we will review your request and offer practical advice on how to proceed.
We notarise documents going to most countries worldwide. If you have documents to be used in USA, get in touch. The role of an English notary is different to that in the USA however our notarial certification will be perfectly valid.
We can travel to you
If you can’t get to us, we can travel to you. Send us an email with your request, including a scan of the document you need help with, and we’ll get back to you with a quote. We do charge an additional call out fee and will advise on the cost during our email response. We can travel to your home, office address, or any destination of your choosing.
We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can often schedule you in at short notice.

We courier your document
We can courier your document abroad directly from our office to any worldwide destination!
Just provide us with the recipient address and we’ll handle the rest. We ship all documents abroad via secure courier, mainly DHL, but we can use UPS, FedEx, or any other courier if requested.
We will email over a tracking number so you can sit back and have peace of mind that your document is on its way.
If you only need your document sent to a UK address we’ve also got you covered. We can post it via Royal Mail Special Delivery or bike courier.
Document tracking
We aim to make your experience as stress free and transparent as we can. Use our document tracking system to monitor the progress of your document.
Once you’ve completed our Client Registration Form you’ll get a unique link which you can access via our website.
We will provide updates at each stage of the process so you can stay informed and have peace of mind. A scan of your completed document and our invoice will be uploaded for easy access.
